Glenmoor is a property/program dedicated to housing youth and young adults, (ages 18-24). These youth/young adults come from homelessness and all referrals come from the Coordinated Entry System (CES). We have a dedicated Support Service Coordinator to Glenmoor to assist with a wide range of support services (daily living skills, benefits, transportation, food, etc.)
